Daniel Kramis – The Doer
While his family members spend a long time discussing something, Daniel is already on the phone and getting things done. With his empathetic nature, he manages production on a collegial and human level. He never calls it a day and completes every task on the same day.

Tim Kramis – The innovator
His heart beats for marketing and carpets. He may be all thumbs, but he knows exactly how to market a craft correctly. His passion for carpets is so contagious that even those who reject carpets reconsider their attitude and suddenly develop a taste for them.
